This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
1. Standard apology for not having updated this journal in eleventy squillion years: I'm sorry I haven't updated this journal in eleventy squillion years. Everyone else updates their journals with interesting stuff, I just don't have much to say.
2. Shop is going well. It's paying its rent, which is a big deal for a small business that's only been open a couple of months.
3. Storm season hasn't started yet, so there're no new lightning photos.
In the "new news" department, we have:
- I bought a new dining table and chairs. OH YEAH. - I'm reading Dawkin's latest book, and it's as spiffy as I expected. - I recently bought an old Olympus OM 50mm f1.8 lens and an adaptor so I can whack it on my E-510, so you can readily anticipate a deluge of photographs of very small items enjoying themselves in the tiny slice of clarity between the front bokeh and the back bokeh. - All is well.
I must say you have a wonderful gallery. I could easily favorite half of your stuff. Your lightening photos are, for the lack of a better word, awesome and the other stuff in your galley is quite interesting too.
Love your lightning shots!
It so hard to take pictures of lightning..
I never get the chance
It mostly storms here at night, and my parents would get rather furious if i'd go and take pictures
You'd be surprised what you can photograph out of your window, though. It's safer and you'll learn the same tricks.
I took my first (good) lightning photograph out of my window.
Do you have to flash when you take a picture of lightning?

Try as I might
I will do wrong
And though it seems
To take so long
I am empowered
To hold on.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Thank you so much!
